In theory you're right there is upside but blue sky as opposed to cold hard cash just isn't as attractive as it used to be in this current climate. They have a great technology (at least at pilot plant level) but what they need to show now is that it can generate cash flow from it. I think they'll go up but unless USEC commits to a full scale plant and there is the prospect of royalties I wouldn't expect it to bounce back to $3.00.
