silica deal unlikely in the near term, page-9

Preamble!! I love MHM and think that the Al has massive potential, so don't shoot the messenger!

I must say I was quite underwhelmed at the Silica info in the Quarterly. There is for the first time a map of the silica outcrops on page 4 of the Quarterly and it looks fairly "poddy" with 7 or 8 surface outcrops 20 - 40 meter long by 5-10 meter wide silica deposits, that are steeply dipping, plunging down at 75 degrees. The best you could do is 8 or 10 small pits 1-2 cricket pitches long by 10-20 metres wide. I don't know what proportion of the potential deposits has been drilled, but looking at that diagram there doesn't seem to be enough material to go ANYWHERE near building a smelter.

Anyone else in the MHM brains-trust with a view??
