The other variable is how screwed cinnebon will be by potential offtakers doing a deal on finance as well.

Due to the fact that there is zippo in the bank - basically enough to cover salaries , rent and games, that we not only need somewhere between $65m and $75m for the plant plus goodness knows how much more for freight, stevedoring fees etc etc that we have absolutely no idea how much we will need. Therefore, we will most surely be ripped off by a financier. Also the price will be kept secret by cinnebon as he will inter twine the finance and sales prices to make it nigh on impossible to breakdown either item.
