    If you’ve got 54 expressions of interest and another 8 in December, you’d be a very poor negotiator if you can’t close out at least one fairly quickly acc to what they envisaged. The two could possibly have walked out for silly conditions I’m afraid. Time will tell if vrx can sign with tier 1 in the sector
