    Unfortunately what most people don't understand about the Socialist Republic of QLD is that the Wilderness Society determines environment policy on Cape York - not the government. No chance whatsoever of getting permitted. Look at Adani .... 12 years, $2B and that is poor cattle country in central Qld.
    Not a hope in hell of getting a mining lease. Sovereign risk is far too great.
