With high grade product typically comes increased costs. Can you keep the Fe below 100ppm if bulk loading the product into steel rail cars/trucks, into steel ships and into steel trucks again?
From personal experience, for high purity products the Japanese typically want product packed in bulk bags in containers. This adds to the complexity, cost and is reflected in the price premium of the product.
