He has pledged the company's assets to Silicon Valley Bank.
When it becomes apparent that Bionomics can't raise the funds to repay SVB, then its wind up time.
The only alternative is a massively dilutive cheap share issue in which all shareholders are drastically diluted.
The end game approaches.
Please don't say I did not warn you.
Is this legal - yep - but is it moral?
Would you trust the Board given their record?
I wonder whether Deborah Rathjen will be back in harness once SVB has control, given that she set this up with presumably the assistance and blessing of Captain Snooze himself.
This will make a fascinating documentary........but nobody will hang for it.
