Details of the settlement with Cerium are given in EPM's announcement to ASX on 14 Jan.
A possible source from the selling of the tenements (but of only 6 million shares so far as I could work out) might be nominees of Cerium who received 12 million shares, of which half were in escrow. See pages 0-11. That is not a sufficient number to cater for the recent selling.
A more likely source is a recent placement to sophisticated investors. You will see on page 12 that EPM made a placement of 133,333,334 Ordinary Shares at an issue price of $0.015.
There is no mention of escrow. So I reckon that these are the chief source of recent selling. So a nice profit there after some dodgy promotion.
