Buying into a stock with local politicians against the mine and the locals DO NOT want to exposed their livelihood in deadly radioactive uranium mine doesn't seem like a wise investment to me as you have benefit from EPM profit. I have never seen any situation where the locals would allowed the deadly mine to go ahead over economic when they have other ready mines without any radiation to benefit from
