I am not big fan of logistics business generally
They hardly own any assets which is odd considering its logistics business, warehouses are all leased

I couldn't make out where raise money is going some to pay of debt some founders cashing out (as that detail wasn't obvious in presentation)

-morgans as joint lead (always helps)
