Logistics firms like this are doing really well in the new world . It is a single seller bailing out and happy for that to be the case. Highlights for me:
1. generating 19.7% revenue CAGR sinceFY14 (This is amaziung growth)
2. 4.4% div yield
3. 97% repeat business
4. They do not own the warehouses (someone above saw this as a negative) which I like so they can quickly move to alternative premises to meet new growth
5. Looks like only 1 mill shares prior to IPO not escrowed! For a raise of this size, if those 2 holders decided to sell I reckon they will easily get absorbed

haha....looks like the only pressure is from the broker firm clients which they always sell on the first trading day.
