    HI Andrew65,

Yes I knew the Janssen deal would not proceed 2 years ago. A little confused how PYC said it met all the endpoints, cause that is far from what I heard, but whatever now. CD40L license? exactly, never went anywhere, exactly as I said.

Has anyone noticed the complete shift from a peptide drug company to a CPP focused company for PYC, focusing on making others drugs better? CPP business is a tough area, 20 years of skepticism, so it nice to hear PYC now focusing on validation, validation, validation....and I have always said that is what they need to do. It is not surprising that a combo drug would work better, since clamping 2 points on a hose will shut of the water better than one, but combo therapeutics, unfortunately, are still a beast to take through clinical trials (that needs to change and it is slowly at worldwide regulatory agencies). But I here game-changing alot on this post, and there is nothing game-changing here at all, sorry, but true, but there is the potential to create some much needed treatments for much in need patients, even if they are not blockbusters, but these are years away. If PYC secures the license to Omomyc, that would be an inflection point IMO.

I think PYC is turning the corner for the better, and the focus on validation of their CPP tags with validated biologics that just dont get in well is a nice market segment strategy, not necessarily high value, but value adding none the less, but it will be slow to bring in the revenue on, with complex clinical development timelines.

Lastly, to DS, I have the utmost respect for your investment, and guys like you are the key supporters to Biotechs, I imagine even more so for Aussie biotechs. A $1M investment is a big big deal, as i know you know, and I hope it works out for you, and I think it will. Next time, just a recommendation, but int he future if you ever think you are going to take a 6-7% stake in a small company, go right to management first, and negotiate a direct purchase of new shares instead of buying on market, this way the money goes into the company's bank account, and you get a better price, far better than buying on market which returns nothing to the company as far as working capital. And, I actually completely agree with you that a valuation in the 50-100M area seems right (companies with far less have higher), but the CR prospect likely weighs on the sp, and I think they do a CR in late summer, especially if they can keep the sp up until then. Maybe that could be the last one Again, much respect to you DS, and I can see why you have the money to do it.

The only thing I have ever tried to point out on this forum is the worldwide landscape of which PYC is playing in, and try to give you hardcore investors another set of eyes. Nothing is happening in a bubble, and it is a competitive world out there, and there are alot of companies working on the same things. Showing some efficacy in a mouse model is just the very very first step in a long road, albeit, and important first step nonetheless.

Good luck Andrew, Peace, Hesk, Pete if he is still around, and DS, even Tony and Wayne, I hope it works out for all of you and you are rewarded for your long support and patience with this company, but always try to stay vigilant on the news and what is happening around the world.
