TheBZA first posted about the complaint in Feb saying what the nuts and bolts of the sealed case were.
“Derivative action for breaches of fiduciary duty, contract and tort” also stuff like Wallace etc did the wrong thing etc.

TheBZA knew a lot about a sealed complaint. Later reckons virtually all lawyers in Delaware get sent new business filings daily. Surely not the sealed stuff.
Lawyer knowledge. Another clue TheBZA is very close to the bone.

Around the start of April posts about a motion filed by Capano.
Nuts & Bolts some other reason . Fraud or something. Read the posts.

Then mid May, TheBZA posts about more fraud stuff, sexual harassment stuff in the latest amendment.

So hows this for an interpretation of what this is about.

Forget, the fraud, enrichment, harassment, affairs - all fluff

I said before I thought it was about the patents, but now I think its more about the commercialisation of the patents.

If potentially valuable patents are about to be commercialised, holding that up whether for genuine, petty or even fabricated reasons, could create a situation where a company is willing to forks out just to get rid of the holdup.

I suspect
Became a pain in the arse. Demanding, not following directives, saying things in podcasts that could be interpreted as disrespectful or not appropriate, not dressing professionally when told to.
Entitled for want of a better word.
Then when taken to task the family claws came out.

I think the email to an investor trying to butter him up was the straw that broke the camels back. Probably thought - had him on side but realised a few days later he saw right through. Maybe he heard the September podcast.
