didnt care about anyone else. She wanted that Golden Goose even though it wasnt hers.

The day after the event, TheBZA posted news of the complaint to court that Capano lodged.
Making out he/her was Australian. Subsequent posts show pretty much he/she is more likely a relative in the US.
Capano lodged on the 23 February, TheBZA posted the 24th.
It was that, insider type knowledge that seemed dodgy to me perking my interest.
At first I suspected it was institutional manipulation type behaviour as can happen, but now having read more and more, I now think its all about money.

I believe the company is progressing as per normal with this Capano business just one of those things that happens when people become disgruntled.
I may be incorrect, but thats my belief at this time.

Reading about this case.
Capano was asked on the 26th Jan 1024 to provide evidentiary support of her allegations (to the external person who was going to investigate her complaint about harassment) .. She didnt provide any but 4 days later she reluctantly agreed to.
She still hadnt by the 11th of Feb when placed on administrative leave.
In the court docs she claims she never had a chance to because she was given a gag order.

Do the maths.

In 2 weeks she couldnt come up with any evidentiary support yet 2 weeks after being placed on admin leave, she’s got the 90 page court complaint ready and submitted to court.

Her employment was terminated on the 27th March 2024.

Although there are a few lines of some juicy allegations thrown in, if people care to search Patents in the documents you may come to the conclusion I have come to.

That all this is about the Patents that she was paid to work on.

They are owned by the company is my understanding but she thought they were hers because her name is on the paperwork.

IMHO I think she realised she wasnt the owner when at the end of May last year, when the company began creating a new entity for the commercialisation of patents. Around this time there funds invested by the company and by investors into the new entity, probably to cover expenses as at that stage it was an entity with assets and expenses, not income.

Her interview in September 2024 where she voices that Old money is taking over gives a clue to where her head was at. The Vernon David she mentions could well be some boutique law firm she has seen. I am speculating about that as thats the only Vernon David I have found from searching.

Her actions after that also provide signs she was peeved. The court doc mentions something about at a bar and discussions later. A lot is redacted.

I repeatedly say, read all this for your self, listen to the podcasts and interviews.

I have nothing to do with the company other than owning a few shares.
