She voices displeasure that Family Care Doctors get paid more than Family Care nurses because the do the same job.
Another interview or podcasts she says how everyone thought she’d be a doctor, but she thought, why be a martyr and end up with years of student debt.

So she knows how much time, study and cost it takes to become a doctor, but doesnt think they should be valued more than her.

If people care to listen and read all interviews etc she has done and take note everytime she mentions gender stuff re payment,  investment, employment etc. You soon get an idea how much its a thorn in her side.

To me, it looks more like contempt rather than a comment about balance.
