That you refuse to do as deep a dive on Vanessa, Eric, or any of your other cronies in the company as you've done on Capano makes your bias clear as a bell. You speak loudest when you avoid answering easy questions. Can't wait to see what the public learns about you as discovery in this case proceeds, assuming your comrades haven't deleted the evidence in violation of the law. Coward. Folks in Kentucky are eager to tell what sloppy Eric Wang was too arrogant to assume folks were clueless about, and I'm eager to hear. You'll of course say you don't comply with demands from people like me, or you'll find some other excuse but that'll only confirm what several of us already expect. Will you admit to being Barry when you are eventually subpoenaed? Or will you lie under oath too?

But you're ultimately right - it's all in the complaint and the courts will sort it out. Looking forward to it.
