    I searched Benzos because of the podcast that talked about using them.
    Benzos is a nick name for Benzodiazepine.

    There is a lot of information about the effects on the Alcohol and Drug Foundation website.

    I coulnt help but notice irritability, paranoia & aggression are on the long term effects list.
