Definitions and regulations are on going as it takes time to rake rocks off a road, especially one neglected for 100 years.

Legalising is not regulating. Companies that need fibre are reticent to secure supply because of current uncertainty, stigma etc.

Favourable changes to definitions will open doors in every direction.

You seem focussed on the hemp industry getting wiped out. 95% of it probably will.

You are forgetting the 5% that wont get wiped out.
