Trying to get my head around something... think my brain had stopped working.....
OK, re the $15k SPP offer. If one is sitting on a considerable paper loss so far with PEN and worried that the price will drop from current 80c to lower than 50c (if I take up the offer) why wouldn't you sell $15k at current price now, take up the $15k offer thereby potentially getting more shares than before and then holding. Only downside I can see is that you might not get $15k worth.....
My thinking has gotta be flawed...
Thoughts?
