I don't have any idea of who would be selling unless they are the same that bought in at 2c in Oct 2011 and early Nov when the sp hovered around 2.9. That would mean that they have ridden the 2 highs of 6.4 late Nov 2011 and mid Feb 2012. Maybe they can afford to sell off as they have averaged down with a sale on the highs. Seems strange to have sellers filling the 3.1 and 3.2 constantly though.
As many posters have said they have a hell of a lot of coal.
