its a lucrative market they are looking at, and obviously the ebg shareholders don't have enuff faith in the company to keep the sp out of reach of predators....... I am happy to wait and see, agree the laurance's know what they are doing funny people will buy into listed property trusts, where management fees take a big whack out of it,,,,,,,but do not feel the same about a property company, that does not take a huge fee ???? aaarhhh some people cheers
