its a lucrative market they are looking at, and obviously the ebg shareholders don't have enuff faith in the company to keep the sp out of reach of predators.......

funny people will buy into listed property trusts, where management fees take a big whack out of it,,,,,,,but do not feel the same about a property company, that does not take a huge fee ???? aaarhhh some people
