I'm not plasmod, but might be able to answer your question.
The announcement on 18/12/2007 stated that the CRE Loan Warehouse Facility was a "364 day evergreen facility. Cacellable with 364 days notice".
Taking that at face value at worst case scenario REU should have a year less a day to find a solution should the facility be cancelled.
