One of REUs announcements from 07, around half year announcement time, does mention the amount of collateral REU would have to provide if the value of its CRE portfolio fell suggesting that a margin call applies. I can find no reference to the comercial terms of the evergreen facility in the annual report from 07 or subsequent announcements however. Also not aware of what terms one might expect with such a facility in the course of normal business.

I think the stock price is saying that there is the possibility that REU may not have the liquidity to pay such a call.

Does anyone know where one can track the market value of CRE loans in the EU? Is there an index etc.
