News report this morning says Sol lew would have got in IF he registered the extra shares he just bought in time, but he forgot to register them and the votes werent counted. Apparently they would have got him across the line.
I reckon he didnt forget, but that he would have been exposed to legal action, as he had sold puts on them and synthesised a short position. I dont know what law he broke , if any, but my bet is he didnt forget.
I wonder if the puts will be some consolation, if cml dives.
