gsr historically is generally 20-70. think 15 was top in 1974 - though thats a vague recollection

i remeber a few years ago when it started getting over 80 all the silver bulls were saying silver was about to pop because it had never been so high

then it goes and hits 125 in march on the paper markets.

which just goes to show GSR is a relative valuation metric - but tells you nothing about timing
