if silver is becoming rarer by the year, as reserves diminish, then you would think that some countries would be building a secret silver reserve in anticipation of future supply problems.

so maybe China is ?

and also, Mexico was one country where some influencial character suggested that Mexico should add silver to its reserves along with gold.

if these ideas are for real then $150 is on the cards over the coming years .....
