If you live in the wild north (Queensland) it is dead easy to call into Ainslie Bullion Company in down town Brisbane, while you'r doing the shopping. Don't expect to find the old counter with mahogany paneling, or grizzled miners having their nuggets weighed. It's very high tech, like Fort Knox 15 floors above the Brisbane flood plain. You cna take away the desired amount of kilos, after flashing driver's licence & passport & filling in the forms. Or you can store your unallocated silver fairly free of fees & annual charges with Ainslie or a 3rd party nearby in one of the old heritage buildings.
I'm not keen on home storage & favour unallocated silver kept with the bank or dealer. I don't think Perth Mint do unallocated silver any more for the general public. ABC bullion in Sydney & Melbourne (?) also useful.
