May I ask where you get your number of 400,000 from?
Are you suggesting that the US is not modern as Russia & China? If so you really need to have a look at the actual sophistication of the US a bit deeper, they are soooooo far in front.
This is all about a currency war, being on the US $$$ the US has had its web for the past 75 years of entrenched undeniable control on all markets, if you feel it’s just going to get ripped out under them now, lonnnnnnggggg way to go
