Great question.. which I can answer accurately ... but only if you will answer the following questions first:-
- how long is a piece of string?
-how many grains of sand on Bondi Beach?
-what will the price of a lb of coffee beans cost in 2024, in Japanese yen?
All to be based on what you know now m0ngy !!!!!
The chart I posted cannot be adjusted on HC -but the master copy can.-and I can make many variations. So in answer to your questions:-

NO one can accurately say but the assessments that management (IVR) make -if they wish to proceed - can only be made on current information so I would say those estimates would contain many variations.
Also I would believe that should they proceed - they could base their figures with inclusion of 'forward/future contracts"
What is the capex to build a mine?
As far as IVR is concerned IVR could not do it alone. My opinion.
