Hi Bob.............. My friend, there seems no way the Big Banksters will abide by the rules............... I have researched this subject many times and as I have said in some of my postings... The Biggies seem to take no notice of 'doing the wrong thing. Why - I base my opinion on;-
- fines mean zero - ziltch - zot- to them.

So why would you change your way of business. Bank fined - not much, if any, jail time??? -Pay the fine from s/holders $$$$$. Move on.
A slap - oops no a tap on the back of the hand.. Yes some do go to jail (Chiefs not sure here) - but it does not seem to deter others ?

So manipulation of anything could / would seem to be a ???? process of business. I make my opinion from all the research I have done. One site stated, in fines , $200,000,000,000 over 20 years ???????????

Silver is a small part to the scene but one in which a few $$$$$ may be made.

I do hope that one day someone may trip over an electrical plug, it fall out of the wall and those 'Walls of the Big Banks' come down ?

I will not hold my breath.
