    From the MST report the stockpile (with no mining cost) is 75 g/t and over 10 m oz of the resource grades at over 100 g/t. Latter clearly needs drilling to prove up. Note also MST say the ore is soft so the plant can operate at a higher level than for Mt Boppy ore so they estimate the adjusted gold equivalent grade at 3.2 g/t, not 1.5 g/t as you calculate.
