I thought the whole point of a JORC was that the market was fully informed to a certified standard and could therefore make an informed and accurate decision.

Basically they are saying the JORC was wrong and they don't know what the real figures are. That is far far far from a standard ramping up issue. It's either complete incompetence or fraud.
