You have to take KCN announcements with a grain of salt. Its been the same story with Nueva Esperanza for the last decade! Hope to announce something in the future ... 10 years of hope.
What this announcement is really saying, is that without the recent silver price increase, we can't find a buyer for the Nueva Esperanza project. And in any case, even though we have "permits", it makes no sense to mine it ourselves!
The latest silver price movement does not seem particularly durable. More like a reaction to current COVID events.
