offtakes have been promised "soon", same as usual. financing hasn't happened in 4 years why would it now.
same guy that thought the next big spike was coming this week. I've been ridiculed and dragged for calling out this behaviour but a factual assessment of the expected says this guy is -40% on his investment, begging for a price rise.
the fact is the dilution limits holders and lets investors average down, the last news was a cap raise and the three before that were nvestor presentations without progress. snakkke oill.
