    This weekly swing chart sums up what needs to happen.

    1. Break and close above resistance and recent top of 16c.
    2. Break and close above the downtrend line at 20c and the old tops. Higher tops and bottoms on the weekly.

    Currently the 50w MA is holding this down. The 100w MA is ominous, but if it breaks above #2 above, then she's off.
