Yes the brokers always get their pound of flesh dont they. BML could have done a normal placement and SPP which would have allowed retail to grab up to 30K, but perhaps under this CR structure the brokers would have wanted free options thrown in which is only really delayed further dilution.
Instead of the options, like other co's CR's, I imagine it was this low level of retail ent offer (1:5.6) and the high chance of receiving the balance, that was the extra incentive for the brokers to support the raise.
