doesn't add up in my mind and I have looked on Cowen site and can't see slot that had SSH in there but had not looked in last fortnight so not sure when it was amended?

So question remains- why would you not present - if there was a takeover offer you would present and get more information that creates value to holders out there. Rumour doesn't add up in my mind.
