if Dr West and Mr Brown truly believe in what they have and back themselves to deliver the goods - they should do a raise now at 0.001 and ask for $2m. they should also contribute $50K of their own funds to the raising. taking shares in lieu of cash is not a sacrifice. it's smoking mirrors. if you are going to take a pay cut, take a monetary pay cut.....
