A BFS is a "bankable feasibility study" which has to be completed to the satisfaction of a bank if a company is going to borrow funds from that bank for its development project.
Palmajero, controlled by BSG, will not be signing off for a BFS as PJO already has the funds in place and IS NOT borrowing money from a bank.

Once Silver consolidates above $12 most pundits are calling for $15.
I hope BSG have not signed off on the BFS as the price for Silver will surely be obsolete.
