corporal PFS is on schedule for end of September.
As I see it offtake and equity deal with MIFC will occur after PFS release. Both these events should propel share price forward.
Capital raising will occur October/Novemeber.
Initial amount raised was 10 million but this will increase to due heavy demand for stock.
Merger between CNL and Celamin to occur end of 2011.
Start up capital cost for stage 1 are about $45 million. This will be funded through Institutions on the register.
