Nup, I think thats your game dude, others have genuine concerns and issues with the capability, history and effectiveness of the board and management, You can turn a blind eye to history, others like me won't. How some think this company is worth investing in pre a liklely consolidation is very interesting.
I'd look at ANW again if decent management was in place and only after any likely consolidation which would bring the valuation back to a realistic figure of circa $5M IMO, which is why I keep an eye on ANW. I enjoy your promotion of ANW, I guess time will tell if your excessive ramping of ANW will be of value to you or anyone else.

These items need to be addressed and then maybe AMW IMO would be worth looking at again.
