I think the difference may be the fact that verily posts relevant information and doesn't cause drama.
Joe on the other hand tries to derail most threads.
Members can choose to use information however they please.
Members make their own choice to buy and sell at any time, to blame a poster for losses when that poster has never told anyone to buy is just a copout.
