Just got a response from Simon, nothing very exciting, mentioned it's a difficult time to be pushing a project through development, and...
"We aim is to build the project with the best possible debt solution and the least possible dilution. Timelines can and will move around despite our best efforts in this environment. With regards to NAIF, they along with most commercial banks needed to see a DFS before they can properly assess the project for its debt carrying capacity. This process is ongoing along with the independent technical review."
