That sounds reasonable. I was thinking funding through NAIF would be possibly offered on condition of acceptable off take agreements being achieved, and if NAIF wasn't successful we'd presumably try to structure the off takes to incorporate some upfront payments to lower capital raise/higher interest bearing loan requirements etc, these would likely favour the purchaser and we would want to avoid if NAIF was successful.
All IMO, and I've got no experience in this area, was just trying to think it out logically (logically for me that is).
