Silver began the year at US $22.40 and as I write it's trading at US $24.19. Silver is up 8% year to date! Gold is approximately 1% up and Gold has outperformed almost all other assets.
Silver has had a very good year. It's one of the best-performing assets on the planet this year.
Going forward the setup for Silver couldn't be better - supply/demand issues, geopolitical issues, federal and commercial bank instability, inflation, and as Eric Sprott says -
''oh my god, I'm very lucky that I own those things (silver and silver equities) in this market environment that we have. This is a bad bad bear market and it feels to me like it's going to get a lot worse.'
Silver is the best place to hold your money in this environment.
