nk, could be right, if Silver has a pullback it could be quite severe, similar to that after each previous spike/peak we've seen in 2004, 2006 & 2008. In some ways the current peak in Silver price looks very similar to the previous peaks, when comparing to the GSR at each peak, as well as the percentage move we saw from the lows in mid 2010. Silver looks overbought on a technical level. However, figures are indicating heavy physical demand and there are signs I'm seeing that we might be heading into phase 3 of the bull market. This could mean that Silver (/Gold) remain in overbought territory for sometime.
My LVR is only around 10%, very little leverage so am prepared to stick out any pullbacks for the time being.
