Going back to 2008, below are the only 8 projects that were completely blocked by the EPBC at the final assessment stage and were given an assessment status "Clearly Unacceptable". The top one got a huge amount of press only a few months back as was part of a major off-shore wind farm in Victoria. And note too a couple of other projects knocked back that were renewables.

There were close to 1,000 projects that were approved since 2008 (most likely with some conditions). Though many projects are listed as "Withdrawn" as these may have seen the writing on the wall, but still, if you haven't withdrawn your project and you're at the final decision stage, your odds are around 99% (a bit lower perhaps if you're a wind farm )
