Well that was a pretty disappointing reversal overnight. I can only imagine how many short contracts were dropped on the market. Still it is going to be very pleasing to see all the shorts getting skewered as the inevitable price increase continues.
The silver price showed a healthy increase of $1.35 AUD for the week despite the obvious attempts to subvert the market.
The arbitrage between CME and the SGE contract prices continues to place a floor under the silver price.
