Devils horns then capitulation looking identical to 2007-8. In 2008 we had a lot of sideways and volatility before Silver actually took off. This time we've seen a sharper reversal, but then consolidation. What does it all mean? Well, if there is an identical pattern to the downside I would suggest that the upside potential is ominous. I think we are looking at some stupid upside.
